SOMETIMES the old cliches tell the best story. On a bitterly cold afternoon in east London, two of the National League’s most out-of-sorts sides put on a real game of two halves.
Neither could find a way through however, with a point a fair reward for their respective efforts. Despite dominating for much of the first period, the Daggers, with new boss Daryl Mc-Mahon watching on in the stand, couldn’t find the killer blow.
