ANGELO Balanta’s solitary strike earned Dagenham & Redbridge their first win of the season at the expense of plucky newcomers Wealdstone.
Balanta posed a constant threat to tjhe Stones defence and clinched the points midway through the second half after strike partner Paul McCallum had cut out Danny Green’s wayward pass.
