INTERIM Oldham Athletic boss Steve Thompson admitted his side were chasing shadows at times as they threw a lead away for the third game in a row.
The Latics failed to build on James Norwood’s early opener and were punished when Josh Rees handed spirited Dagenham & Redbridge a deserved point with a looping header 15 minutes from time.
