Match Preview: Rochdale v Solihull Moors (Saturday, 3pm)

Rochdale welcome Solihull Moors to the Crown Oil Arena on Saturday looking to pick up points to end their three-game losing streak.

Rochdale’s struggles have left them with six points from their last six National League matches, while their opponents have earned seven from a possible 18.

Solihull Moors are fifth in the table after 31 games, of which they have won 14 and drawn eight, earning 50 points.

Rochdale are six places behind the Moors in 11th, with 11 wins and eight draws putting them on 41 points.

With 48 goals in 31 games so far this season, the Dale are scoring at the league’s average rate with 1.5 goals per game. But they are conceding at an average rate too, letting in 47 goals at a rate of 1.5 per game.

The visitors are also average scorers, with 1.5 goals per game. They have conceded 1.4 goals per game.

Rochdale’s last match was on February 10, a 3-0 loss against Altrincham.

Solihull Moors beat Halifax Town 3-1 last time out, on February 6, with Alexander James Whitmore, Callum Maycock and Jack Stevens on the scoresheet.
