LUKE GARRARD’S last stand as Boreham Wood manager ended in relegation as Ebbsfleet United secured their National League status – just – on a tense final day.
The outgoing Wood boss, who it was announced recently would be stepping down at the end of the season, saw his side finish the campaign unbeaten in four but it was not enough to stay up in front of a record league crowd at Meadow Park of 3,011.
