I’ve been mucking about with Football League games in the last two weeks, so am looking forward to returning to Non-League action today.
I start the day with a Memorial Cup Final game at Mansfield Town’s nice training facility. The Under 18s narrowly beat a young Notts County side to retain the Trophy in an interesting tie.
I next plan a very short trip up the road to see Shirebrook Soldiers in the Central Midlands Alliance but after troughing a huge portion of pie, chips and gravy, there are no footballers evident in the area so I cut my losses and...
