Neal Ardley admitted his Woking side weren’t “at the races from minute one” as their first defeat in 11 league games came at the expense of high-flying Scunthorpe United.
Goals in each half from Danny Whitehall and Declan Howe deemed Josh Osude’s late goal back for Woking as mere consolation as the Iron gave themselves a ten-points cushion inside the play-off places.
