IT was a point gained, not two dropped as York City and Southend United cancelled one another out in the National League’s big-hitter last night.
A game of two halves for both teams had Southend in control for the first 45, before York took centre stage in the second to rescue a late point in front a crowd of over 7,000 at the LNER.
