WOKING wrapped up a tumultuous week by securing three desperately needed points as they finally gave their King-field faithful something to cheer after six weeks without a home game.
Interim boss Craig Ross hailed the Cards’ effort a week on from the FA Trophy defeat at Marine that spelled the end of Neal Ardley’s time at the helm.
Ross, taking charge alongside Jake Hyde and Dale Gorman, was delighted with how the team reacted on a pitch that finally beat the postponements.
