NEW Aldershot boss Scott Davies says it will feel surreal to do battle with his “football dad” Gary Waddock next season.
Davies, 38, was a teenage midfielder on loan from Reading when Wad-dock’s swashbuckling Shots upset the odds to claim the Conference title in 2007-08.
