New Tamworth owner Abdullah Ashraf has promised to buy the Lamb Ground and transition to full-time football as he plots a “magical” promotion to the EFL.
Ashraf, an Oklahoma-based real estate entrepreneur who previously held an eight per cent stake in Truro City, completed his takeover of the National League side earlier this week after winning approval from the FA, EFL and Football Regulator.
