Temi Eweka struck an equaliser six minutes from time as Eastleigh grabbed a hard-fought point against leaders Boreham Wood.
The centre-back pounced on a loose ball to fire the Spitfires level after Charlie O’Connell had put the unbeaten visitors in front.
It was only the third and fourth points dropped by Luke Garrard’s men this season and the Wood boss remained upbeat despite being pulled back.
