FC Halifax Town completed a 1-0 double over Boston United this season, courtesy of Jamie Cooke’s second-half strike.
The Shaymen suffered a midweek loss at Southend and went down to a 2-1 defeat by AFC Fylde in their last home game.
Bu Halifax bounced back to move within a point of fifth-placed Gateshead in the play-off places.
Cooke dispatched Ryan Galvin’s cross for the only goal just after the hour – his seventh goal of the season.
