NUNEATON TOWN boss Tommy Wright couldn’t be happier to have signed Niall Heaton from Alfreton – he’s been trying all summer.
The 20-year-old began his career with Bradford City before landing a move to Liverpool. After a return to the Bantams, the centre back, who can also play left-back, joined Alfreton in 2015, but now makes the switch to their National League North rivals.
