LEADERS Havant & Waterlooville consolidated their position two points ahead of the chasing pack with a fiercely contested victory in a Westleigh Park mud bath on Friday.
Hawks manager Lee Bradbury told The NLP: “It was a characteristic gutsy, hardworking performance.
“A team that is going to be successful has to be able to adapt to different playing conditions. We showed that we can do that quite well. It’s another three points and another box ticked.”
