CHELMSFORD CITY made Hungerford Town pay for a series of missed chances, as the Clarets registered their eighth victory in ten league matches.
Joe Anderson tested the visitors’ defensive capabilities with a curling free-kick and Chris Whelpdale headed wide at the near post as City dominated early on.
At the other end, Cameron Hargreaves burst through on goal on 15 minutes, but he shot wide when in space.
