DARTFORD’S winning streak continued as they overcame a spirited Tonbridge Angels side in an entertaining Kent encounter.
A tight opening to the match saw both sides create little before Dartford gained the advantage after a dominant period as the game approached the half-hour.
As pressure on the Angels intensified, midfielder Samir Carruthers put his side ahead when his 30th-minute corner beat the visiting goalkeeper and carried straight into the back of the net.
