By Tom Feaheny GUISELEY are now only three points clear of the drop zone after Jordan Sinnott’s goal pushed Alfreton Town well away from danger.
This was a match of few key opportunities.
But Alfreton started brightly with Danny O’Brien having an early effort blocked after a through-ball got him in behind the Guiseley defence.
The Lions had their first chance, after good work by Rowan Liburd who crossed for Curtis Morrison, only for the winger to just fail to make contact with the ball.
