THIS was a tale of two halves, with Alfreton deservedly leading at the break before a poor second half defensive display saw them slip behind, with a penalty salvaging a point.
Dan Bradley returned to the Impact Arena with a goal, before Tom Platts’ header levelled the scores. Tom Denton then nodded in a perfectly placed cross from Craig King in stoppage time to give Alfreton a well earned 2-1 lead.
