AN INJURY-TIME Jake Robinson winner sealed all three points for Harry Wheeler’s title challengers on the opening day of the season.
Lee Bradbury, the former Havant & Waterlooville manager, saw his Eastbourne side have the better of the play in the first half with only an outstanding save by Alan Julian in the 17th minute keeping the scores level.
Borough’s Elliot Romain looked strong throughout and had a chance late on in the opening period, but his header narrowly cleared the bar.
