THE Terras kept their chances of safety alive as they beat Slough Town 2-0 at the Bob Lucas Stadium yesterday.
The visitors were looking a threat in the early stages. Johnny Goddard fizzed in a low shot which needed to be pushed away by Gerard Benfield. The ball came back into the area towards the back post, where Josh Jackman flshed a volley across the face of goal.
Hosts Weymouth were given a spot of luck in the 34th minute as Tom Blair was scythed down by Joe Dandy in the area. Tom Bearwish stepped up and netted the spot-kick past Will Denni...
