KIRBY INJURY SEES GAME ABANDONED

CHALFONT St Peter held a 2-1 advantage before the game was abandoned following a serious injury to Adam Kirby.
An entertaining match saw both sides create chances, with Kirby opening the scoring for the hosts with a textbook header.
Ash Fuller soon equalised for Kempston Rovers, however, scoring from the penalty spot, before the rest of the half ensued with end-to-end action.
The second half saw Chalfont dominate and they regained the lead on 58 minutes through Toby Mendy.
