BIGGLESWADE TOWN won this contest between the teams in tenth and ninth place.
The Waders had the better chances early on with Craig Daniel’s long-range effort testing keeper Richard Hayward, then Michael Richens curled a shot high and wide.
Midway through the first half, Rhys Hoenes gave the visitors the lead with a header from Daniel’s cross.
Hoenes then wasted two other opportunities and Tony Burnett headed wide from the same player’s corner.
