■A SERIOUS injury to Merthyr goalkeeper Cameron Clarke after Kings Langley had scrambled home an 82ndminute equaliser delayed the conclusion of this game for 30 minutes, which was played out in a muted fashion.
Kings, with interim manager Steve Conroy at the helm, had given a good account of themselves against the Martyrs, who went ahead just past the half hour when Jaye Bowen saw home keeper Martin Bennett off his line and lobbed home a shot to grab an opportunistic goal.
