A SOLID second-half performance from Royston saw them comfortably take all three points and close the gap on the play-off places with their eighth consecutive home league win.
After a quiet first 45 minutes the game came to life in the 56th minute.
Substitute Josh Castiglione made a speedy impact when he turned on a sixpence, sped down the left flank and crossed for John Frendo to sweep home for the opening goal of the game.
