SKIPPER Ricky Johnson hit a hat-trick as rampant Banbury put bottom-of-the-table Gosport Borough to the sword.
Banbury had Gosport on the back foot from the start and after 19 minutes got their first chance when, from the byline, Johnson headed back to find Jack Self who fired over the Gosport crossbar.
Right on half-time, Banbury had the ball in the back of the net from Johnson, with his head, but the goal was disallowed before Elliott Sandy scored a penalty.
