■THERE were 24 teams playing in the Southern Premier League yesterday but only seven had anything to fight for, relegation or a play-off place. That showed in this encounter between two clubs in the bottom half of the table.
Domination by Biggleswade was complete as Jack Bowen and Connor Hall peppered the Dorchester goal. Dorchester only had the one shot on goal, converted by Ashley Pope from a tight angle.
That was nearly a mirror image of the goal scored by Hall 16 minutes earlier at the other end.
