HENDON escaped from the Webbswood Stadium with a valiant victory after surviving a secondhalf barrage from Swindon Supermarine.
If Marine had shown a small bit of discipline in front of goal, they could have won this game by half a dozen.
As it was, a fine goal from Hendon after six minutes, started by Ricardo German and continued by Matt Newman was finished off with a neat flick from Gianni Crichlow.
The effort kissed the woodwork but the striker deserved more.
