ALVECHURCH beat St Ives Town to pick up their second straight league win.
Goals from Mitch Botfield and Jamie Willets sealed the win against a St Ives team who haven’t won in the league since August. The game started off at a slow pace but it was St Ives who eventually had the first chance of the game. Owen Wallis evaded his marker to gain a free header but hit the post rather than the net. Alvechurch responded to this with their centre-back, Kyle Morrison, heading just wide moments later.
