OWEN Story made a memorable return to his former club to deny the Linnets a fourth successive league win.
Story’s equaliser 13 minutes into the second half earned Bedworth a valuable point after Rory McAuley had headed his side in front.
The Linnets were dominant in the early stages and, on another day, could have been three goals up in the opening 15 minutes.
They opened the scoring in the fifth minute when a Michael Clunan corner was powerfully headed home by McAuley.
