HAYES & Yeading United recorded an emphatic 6-0 win over Bedfont Sports to send themselves top of the Isthmian South Central table at Christmas.
It only took four minutes for the hosts to take the lead as Josh Chamberlain struck the opener with a fine finish.
Their advantage was doubled when Toby Little’s curling right footed strike flew into the net, before Charlie Postance was sent off for Bedfont at half-time.
Scott Donnelly then tucked home two penalties, before Lee Barney added number five with a neat shot.
