A COMFORTABLE victory saw Barwell overcome a poor Redditch side, leapfrogging their league rivals in the process.
A scrappy first half saw the hosts go into the break leading 1-0 after Henry Eze leapt highest to connect with a floated corner from the lively Alex Tomkinson. The big centre-back’s header nestled perfectly into Adam Whitehouse’s bottom corner.
The scrappy nature of the match continued early in the second half until the introduction of Jahvan Davidson-Miller changed the complexion of the game.
