LIAM Brooks’ second-half strike gave the Wades a deserved, if hard-fought win over St Ives. A double over their local rivals had long looked on the cards as the Waders took the offensive from the off.
The visitors were unable to contain the pace of Jonny McNamara, Brooks and Joe White all surging forward.
The on loan Donovan Makoma was definitely pulling the strings in the midfield.
