LEE Hughes stroked home a penalty in the sixth minute of added time to rescue a point.
Halesowen belied their league position to create a string of good chances. Dan Sweeney was denied by visiting goalkeeper Martin Conway and another Sweeney effort was scrambled clear from the resulting corner.
Joel Taylor then smashed just wide after 20 minutes and Sweeney went closer still when he headed off the underside of the crossbar.
