ALVECHURCH continued their play-off push with a win.
Both sides came into the game in form with Alvechurch winning their previous two and St Neots winning two of their last three.
Despite this it was the visitors who had control of the game in the first half. Josh March hit the bar.
Alvechurch manager Ian Long made two changes to the team which defeated Halesowen Town and one of these changes, Kieran Cook, rewarded his manager’s faith by heading the visitors into the lead with his seventh goal.
