AN ENTERTAINING game ended in a draw between play-off chasing Diamonds and Banbury.
The visitors came close when Arner Awadh shot narrowly wide from the edge of the area. They also had a few close-range efforts well blocked and they didn’t look like a side who hadn’t won in their last ten away league games early on.
Rushden came back into it and, after Joe Curtis saw an effort saved, they hit the crossbar in the 35th minute.
