DEAN Stow’s stoppage time penalty won a deserved point for Basingstoke against Harrow.
Boss Martin Kuhl gave debuts to four new signings, including Chelsea youngster Jack Wakely and fans’ favourite during a previous fouryear spell at the Camrose in veteran forward Manny Williams.
A strong wind and driving rain made things tricky for both sides and chances went each way early on as each defence struggled to adapt.
