Yetton ensures Tivvy bounce back… again

TIVERTON came from 2-0 down twice in a week to grab a battling draw.
After their 2-2 draw with Hendon last weekend, it was the same again as Town gifted their visitors a two-goal headstart and had to go about getting anything out of the game.
Merthyr opened the scoring on six minutes when Ian Taylor raced through and gave the visitors the lead by rounding Liam Armstrong and slotting home.
On 23 minutes Merthyr doubled their advantage when a long ball from keeper Lewis Webb deceived the Tivvy defence and Taylor finished with aplomb.
