The hosts endured nine corners and a goal-line clearance by Mack Miskin before Met’s skipper Max Blackmore put the visitors ahead on 20 minutes.
And the same player scored again seven minutes later, tapping in.
Ethan Chislett cut in from the right to add a third three minutes after the restart, and former Swan Jonathan Hippolyte came off the bench to poach a fourth.
