PETERBOROUGH returned to the top of the table above inactive Bromsgrove Sporting as the home side made it 11 wins from their last 12 games.
With the strong wind behind them the Turbines dominated the first half and were in front on ten minutes when a Mark Jones header back across the six-yard box was turned into his own net by Kempston skipper Jordan Wright.
