GOALS from Will Grocott and Mikey Taylor secured an important win.
Chances were at a premium but Andrew Wright went close with a left-footed effort past the post, while Stratford had a goal disallowed as Jordan Williams headed home but the referee blew for a foul.
On the stroke of half-time Tom McGlinchey picked up a loose ball and drove a shot in for the opening goal.
Two minutes after the restart, Coalville then had a goal of their own chalked off. Kyle Perry headed home unmarked at the back post but was offside.
