STRONG winds and heavy rain made playing conditions very difficult but both teams deserve great credit.
Chances turned out to be few and far between but it was the visitors who began well when home goalkeeper Matt Sargeant clawed a cross away from Lee Hughes and then dived to save from Andre Wright.
It took the home side until the 28th minute to have a shot on goal when Danny Waldron cut in but saw his shot held at the second attempt by Dan Platt.
