A LATE header from Coalville’s Scott McManus earned the visitors a point.
Jamie Griffiths had put Needham in front after only 12 minutes.
Coalville failing to clear a long free kick allowing Adam Mills to fire in a cross to the back post where Griffiths was unmarked.
So after taking the lead Adam Mills went close to doubling Needham’s lead with a spectacular volley.
Tom McGlinchey took the ball on only to see his left footed shot crash against the crossbar.
