TWO second-half goals by Dernell Wynter got Chesham’s season off to a winning start against Salisbury.
Chesham had the first chance of the game but Karl Oliyide’s shot on the turn flew over after good work by Dave Pearce.
The visitors had cause to regret missing a first-half penalty, given for Steve Brown’s challenge on Shaquille Hippolyte-Patrick.
Hippolyte-Patrick took the kick himself but Chesham keeper Ben Goode guessed right and saved well.
