RYAN Nesbitt scored a hat-trick as Alvechurch secured their first win under Darren Byfield.
Alvechurch started off quickly, creating two chances within the first minute but unfortunately Javia Roberts and Kevin Monteiro fired wide of the target.
After seven minutes though they did take the lead. Nesbitt’s free-kick found Jamie Willets who headed back across goal for Kyle Morrison to slot home.
Another Alvechurch defender, Josh Ezewele, then looked to get on the score-sheet but was denied twice by Hitchin keeper Joshua Mollison as Alvechurch...
