IN the only Southern Premier League game of the day, Salisbury took full advantage with a slender victory over strugglers Beaconsfield Town, who should have been going back to Buckinghamshire on the back of a heavier defeat.
Salisbury started brightly with Antonio Diaz heading a Lewis Benson cross at keeper Adam Forster before Marvin Brooks fired an effort wide.
