DANNY Chapman reckons it’s the perfect time for a ‘fresh start’ as he bids to get Harlow Town climbing again.
The 40-year-old led the Hawks to promotion to the Isthmian Premier in 2015-16 and they spent three years at Step 3.
However, they then dropped back down to the Isthmian South Central and have had a couple of tough years since. Last term they were bottom of the table when the season was cut short after eight games, with just one win to their name.
