TAUNTON Town picked up their first league win in four games aftrer edging out high-fl ying Gosport Borough.
Matt Briggs’ 49th-minute own goal set the ball rolling and just seconds after Matt Paterson had equalised for Gosport, Jared Lewington earned the Peacocks side the points which lifts them to eighth in the table.
