First-half strikes from Tyler Harvey and Euan Pollock put Truro in a commanding lead, before Farnborough battled back in the second period.
Paul Hodges pulled one back from the penalty spot, before a late header deflected off the Truro man into the corner to earn the visitors a share of the points.
