TRURO CITY picked up another impressive victory after they defeated Poole Town at Bolitho Park.
A brace from Alex Battle and a header from Owen Bevan gave Paul Wotton’s side their second victory of the week.
After defeating Tiverton in midweek, City wanted to build on that result, and they found the breakthrough three minutes in.
Battle, who re-joined the club on loan from Crawley Town on Tuesday, opened the scoring as he rifled a shot into the corner for 1-0.
Rio Garside then saw an effort go just wide of the far corner.
